Norma King Obituary

Norma King 72 of Ellsinore, Missouri passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Polar Bluff Regional Medical center. Norma was born in Oglesville, Missouri to the late Jasper L. and Maggie V. (Gunter) White. She was of the Pentecostal faith and had attended Mt Zion Pentecostal Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her career as an LPN suited her caring personality and she enjoyed her work in nursing homes. Some of Norma's favorite things were attending gospel singings and camping at the river with her beloved family. Norma is preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Jackson L. White, Stanley W. White, sisters; Rosie Leggitt, Mary Lou Walker, Lola Boyer. She is survived by her Son; Bobby Watson and Samantha Osborne, of Ellsinore, Missouri, daughter; Debra Becker and husband Richard of Ellsinore, Missouri, sister; Betty Jo Gentles of Mill Spring, Missouri, brother; Billy J. White and wife Dorothy of Ellsinore, Missouri, Eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Visitation for Norma was held Thursday, June 20, 2019 at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont, Missouri at 5:30 pm. The funeral was Friday, June 21, 2019 at 11:00 am at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont chapel. Pastor Darrell Davis ministered to the family and the pallbearers were Johnny Evans, Jason Brown, Steve White, John Million, Mark White, Kenny White, Kya Davis, and Jeremy Simpson.
