Beverly "Sue" Barth, 69, of Fulton, MO, passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, in Poplar Bluff.. She was born in Little Rock, AR, July 4, 1955, to parents Other Bert and Peggy Jane (Sears) Pierce.
Sue was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She had a passion for playing bingo, cooking, and shopping, and was always ready to share a good laugh and a kind word with others. One of her greatest joys in life was traveling, especially to California, where she found peace and happiness.
Sue’s greatest legacy was her family. She treasured spending time with her loved ones, particularly her grandchildren, and her devotion to them was unmatched. Her warmth, love, and gentle spirit will be remembered by her family and friends for years to come.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers; Billy Eugene Pierce and Bert "Skeeter" Pierce.
Sue is survived by her children: David Barth and wife Jeannie of Piedmont, Chris Barth of Doniphan, and Debbie Pierce of Branson; grandchildren: David C., Devan, Dwight, Tiffany, and Ty Barth, Alan Pierce, and Stardust Gloyd; great-grandchildren: Khaliah Pierce, Killian Gloyd, and Audrey Carter; sister, Judy Durban of Springfield; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Sue will be deeply missed but always remembered with love and affection.
Visitation was held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Memorial service followed at 2:00 pm, also in the Piedmont Chapel. Pastor Richard Sanders ministered to the family. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
