Carla Street Obituary

Carla Ann Street, 57, of Williamsville, MO, beloved wife of Bruce Street, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022, at her residence. She was born February 16, 1964, in Poplar Bluff, to parents Robert L. “Bob” McMahan and Juanita (Hughes) McMahan. 

Carla was raised up in Troy, IL, and the Piedmont, MO area. She had attended Clearwater Schools. Carla was saved at age fourteen and had past attended First Baptist Church at Williamsville. She had served her family as a homemaker and was a loving mother and grandmother. In spare time Carla enjoyed reading and fishing for catfish. Carla was the love of Bruce’s life. 

She is survived by Bruce, her husband of thirty-one years; children: James Robert Golden and wife Kelly of Cape Girardeau, Jamie Daugherty of Troy, IL, Ashley Moeller and husband Adam of Williamsville, Matthew R. Street and wife Whitney of Lumberton, TX, and Michelle Street of West Plains; fifteen grandchildren; her brothers: Robert L. McMahan Jr. and wife Dana of Troy, IL, Roger G. McMahan and wife Christie of Bloomfield; sisters: Carolyn Sue Wolf and Catherine L. Bohannan, both of Piedmont. 

Carla was preceded in death by her parents. 

Visitation was held Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 12 noon, at First Baptist Church, Williamsville. Funeral service followed at 2:00 pm, also at the church with Pastor Henry Pasquet ministering to the family. James Golden, Michael Moeller, Donnie Boyer, Matt Street, Colton Sheppard, and KC Golden served as pallbearers. Porter Golden Adam Moeller Glen McMahan and Lucas Wolf served as honorary pallbearers. Burial was at Duncan Cemetery near Piedmont. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
