Carla Stuckey Obituary

Carla E. Stuckey, 49, of Piedmont, MO, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Independence, MO, January 18, 1974, to parents Gerald and Margaret (Caswell) Stuckey.

Carla was a graduate of Grain Valley High School. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for many years and had worked for several nursing homes in the Independence and Blue Springs, MO, area. Carla enjoyed taking care of others. She was a homebody and mostly kept to herself. She married Amanda Lawrence-Stuckey, February 9, 2023. Carla enjoyed shopping and loved to bowl in her younger years. Her family will miss her just being there.

She is preceded in death by her father.

In addition to her mother, Carla is survived by her wife; brother: Gerald J. Stuckey of Grain Valley; sisters: Amanda McPheron of Oak Grove; Lorrie White of Grain Valley; three nieces, two nephews, and many friends. Carla will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
