Carla Diane Wills

Carla Diane Wills, 60, of Greenville, MO, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023, at her residence.

Carla was born November 30, 1962, to parents Albert and Anita “Rose” Wills at St. Louis, MO. She grew up in the Greenville area and attended school and graduated in 1980. She was a longtime fixture and was a blessing to many. She was a Christian and was of General Baptist faith. Carla had worked many years for State of Missouri as a caseworker with children’s division in Piedmont where she made a difference in many lives. After twenty years of service, she retired and was enjoying her time with grandchildren and son Caleb. If anyone knew Carla they knew that she also enjoyed yard sales. Carla and her mom Anita had spent many days together finding the best deals. Those were great times for them both.

Carla is survived by her son, Caleb Parkin and wife Aimie, of Poplar Bluff, MO; three grandchildren: Chloe Parkin, Carter Parkin, Beck Parkin; her brother, Rendell Wills and wife Sharon of Greenville; nephew Lee Wills and wife Heather of Silva; niece, Laura McCoy of Greenville; Claire and Rory Wills and Bentley McCoy which were her great nephew and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents.   

Visitation was held Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 5:00-8:00 pm, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville. Funeral Services for Carla followed Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 11:00 am, also at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville. Burial was at Greenville Cemetery. Pastor Kenny Burchard ministered to the family and Caleb Parkin, Rendell Wills, Lee Wills, Kevin Sigman, Bentley McCoy, Kurt Cook and Kaden Cook served as pallbearers.
