Curtis Wayne Bilbrey Sr.

Curtis Wayne Bilbrey Sr., 64, of Desoto MO, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, in St Louis County. He was born in Poplar Bluff, MO, on October 25, 1958, to parents Carl Bilbrey and Mary Davis (nee Deason) Bilbrey.

Curt enjoyed spending time with his three grand kids, family, friends, and he loved to ride his Harleys. He took many trips across the country and had more planned. Curt was a big kid at heart, who loved; trucks, bikes, and animals.

Curt is survived by his wife, Laura Ann Bilbrey (nee Reisch) of thirty-eight years, his children; Curtis II (Crystal), Sara and Morgan, grandchildren; Zeppelin, Mary Grace and Kane. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A first visitation was held from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Monday, April 10, 2023, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 10301 Big Bend Rd, Kirkwood, MO. A second visitation was held at 11:00 am, Tuesday April 11, 2023, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville Chapel. Funeral service followed at 1:00 pm, also in the Williamsville Chapel. Sara Bilbrey ministered to the family. Mary Grace Bilbrey gave a heartfelt eulogy. Randy Bilbrey concluded the committal. Tyler Novak, Kyle Novak, Kevin Smith, Zepplin Bilbrey, Kane Bilbrey, Rick Willerton served as pallbearers. Burial was in Duncan Cemetery, Williamsville.
