On Saturday, September 17th, Debbie K. Fancher, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, was released from this earth and has taken her seat in heaven. She was 61 years young. She worked many years with the company Nestle and was decorated for her efforts after relocating she spent the rest of her career dedicated to safety in the medical field. In her spare time, she brought comfort and love to individuals as a personal aid during their hardest times. In everything she did, she did it with a high level of integrity and pride.
She enjoyed baking and was known for her amazing brownies, and banana nut bread and was known as the candy lady at times. She was talented in crochet and handmade personalized blankets for her loved ones.
Besides her dedicated services in the workforce and her hobbies, she was a dedicated mother and there were never any obstacles she wasn’t ready to tackle. She loved her grandchildren beyond measure. Her strength and determination were undeniable and inspired those who were close to her. She will be missed immensely.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two sisters; Mary Gean Durbin and Linda Collins; granddaughter: Delilah Fancher.
Debra is survived by her two children; Amanda Kubin and Charles Fancher: brother; Jimmy (Lisa) Collins: sisters; Barbara (Roy) Goforth and Francine Bunch: grandchildren; Tiara Fancher, Mary Jane, Carlie, Carter, Jaden Kubin, and Isaiah Kubin.
Visitation was held at 5:00 pm, Thursday, September 22, 2022, Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. A Celebration of Life followed at 6:00 pm, also in the Piedmont Chapel.
