Felicia Yolonda Hale, 47, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was born on March 20, 1972 in St. Louis City, MO, to parents William and Celia Hale. Felicia was a loving friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed music, singing, and watching television. Felicia will be sadly missed. She is preceded in death by her mother. A visitation was held from 11:00 am until 11:30 am, Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont.
