Freda Mae Middleton, 82, of Williamsville, MO, passed away August 25, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She was born in Rucker, MO, in Wayne County, February 2, 1941, to parents Earl and Dorothy (Wilson) Keele.
Freda was a nurturing mother, and grandmother, a loving sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed the outdoors, taking nature walks and collecting rocks. She enjoyed cooking, especially for her family. Freda was a Christian and a member of the Full Gospel Bible Way Church in Williamsville. Her greatest legacy was her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter: Rachel Skaggs; great-grandson: Brett Skaggs; brothers: Eugene and Howard Keele; sisters: Virginia Parker and Martha Westfall.
Freda is survived by her children: Terri Gipson and husband Harlan, Alanna Skaggs and husband Joseph, Tim Middleton and wife Deborah, Darrell Middleton and wife Bonnie, Kevin Middleton, Steven Middleton and wife Nancy, Joyce Cluckey and husband James, Cheryl Cowin and husband Matt, Brian Middleton; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; sisters: Shirley Keele, Coletta Yokel; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Freda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Williamsville Assembly of God Church. Memorial service will follow at 1:00 pm, also at the Assembly of God Church. Online condolences:www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
