Jackie "Jack" Stephen Rayfield

Jack Stephen Rayfield, 66, of Piedmont, MO, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at his residence. He was born in St. Louis, MO, March 15, 1957, to parents Vernon Jack and Opal Myrtle (Robinson) Rayfield.  

Jack was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was of the Methodist faith. Jack proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a self employed construction worker.  

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters: Charlene Haig and Shirley Schultz.  

Jack is survived by his close friend; Rhonda “Lynn” Rayfield, daughter: Jessica Sanchez and husband Mike of High Ridge, four grandchildren; and brother: Michael Rayfield and wife Vicky of St. Charles. Jack will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  

Visitation was held at 12:30 pm, Monday, April 10, 2023, at Mt. View Cemetery, Des Arc, MO. A graveside service followed at 1:00 pm, also at Mt. View Cemetery, Des Arc, with full military honors provided by the United States and American Legion Post 281 of Piedmont. Mike Rayfield, Scott Rainwater, Steve Tibbetts, Albert Schultz, Brad Schultz, Van Schultz and Ryan Rainwater served as pallbearers. Dennis Eldridge and Jaxon Eldridge served as honorary pallbearers.
