John Elvis Durrow

John E. Durrow, 73, of Williamsville, Mo passed away Monday, August 24, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.  John was born on June 19, 1947 in Williamsville, Mo to the late Virgil and Hazel (Meadres) Durrow.   He was united in marriage to the late Lula (Crowley) Durrow on June 30, 1977.   He was a life-long resident of Williamsville and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and gardening in his spare time.  John was also known for his ability to repair small engines and cars. He often played music with his brothers in the Otter Creek Band.  John is preceded in death by his parents, wife of 35 years, and brother, Harold Durrow.  He is survived by daughters; Cathy Tinsley and companion Hugo Esquivel of Poplar Bluff, Mo, Linda Durrow of Williamsville, Mo, Step son; Charles Teschke and wife Donetta of Doniphan, Mo, step daughters; Donna Amerlan and husband Craig of Patterson, Mo, Carolyn Pinkston of Bonne Terre, Mo, brothers: James Durrow, Junior Durrow and wife Ellen, Paul Durrow, Bobby Durrow, all of Williamsville, Mo, sisters; Elsie Dalton and Barbara Cravens both of Williamsville, Mo, grand children; Riley Avila, Brady Lemons, Taylor Tinsley, Seth Avila, Roger Lemons, Trevor Tinsley, step grandchildren; Lesa Ellis, Christina Hicks, Jesse Teschke, Bobbi Teschke, Tristan Amerlan.   John will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  Visitation was Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 10:30 am, grave side at Rucker Cemetery in Taskee, Mo. The funeral followed at 11:00 am.Bro. Robert Randolph ministered to the family, Pallbearers were,Roger Lemons, Roger Lemons Jr, Phillip Estes, Brady Lemons, George Durrow, and Roger Cravens.
