Kennith Ray Howard

Kennith Ray Howard, 74, of Patterson, MO, passed away Monday, May 27, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Ava, IL, July 23, 1949, to parents Melvin and Anna (Hart) Howard.

Kennith was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He married Peggy Iman in September of 1971, and they were blessed with one son. Kennith was a carpenter in commercial construction as well as a Heavy Equipment Operator. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and traveling. Kennith enjoyed building ponds with his dozer and also enjoyed building homes and greenhouses.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother: Gene Howard; sister: Darlene Hale.

Kennith is survived by his loving wife of fifty-two years; son: Jesse Howard and wife Diana of Illinois; grandchild: Skylar Soto; brothers: Johnny Howard and wife Theresa of Grand Tower, IL, Lonnie Howard and wife Faith Ann of Murphysboro, IL; sisters: Carolyn Rossman and husband Mike of Hoylton, IL, Connie Ticer and husband David of Grand Tower, IL; nephews: Justin Moyers and wife Terica, Kyle Moyers. Kennith will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
