Kimberly Kay Williams-Arment, 60, of Patterson passed away on September 22, 2023 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. after complications related to heart surgery. She was born January 15, 1963 in Modesto, California to Junior Milton Williams and Catherine Nadine Pumfrey.
Kimberly was a devoted and nurturing mother, grandmother, and friend to all those who knew her. Her infectious smile lit up the hearts of many. She always had a joke or story to tell. She had the most amazing sense of humor and was always so welcoming and outgoing. She never met a stranger and was always there whenever someone needed a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen. She never turned anyone away and always tried to help where she could, even if it was just offering a kind word. We knew this day would come someday, but none of us were ready so soon. She is deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
Kimberly was a woman with many labels, jobs, and talents. She worked many different jobs over her life including Mr. C's Bar, Gates, and Ralph's Supermarket. Before her death, she worked for Mrs. Wendy Casey at Patterson Market.
"She made broken look beautiful and strong look invincible. She walked with the universe on her shoulders and made it look like a pair of wings." --Ariana Dancu
She is preceded in death by her parents; her step-father, Blaine Morris; step-brother, Lance Morris; and her wiley sidekick, Tank.
