Linda Marie Duncan, 74, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at her residence. She was born in Anchorage, Alaska, October 23, 1950, to parents James and Joanne Ard.
Linda was a loving mother, devoted grandmother, proud great-grandmother, and a cherished sister and friend to many. She worked for many years as a seamstress at Myatt's in Poplar Bluff, where her skill and dedication left a lasting impression.
Linda found joy in deer hunting and fishing and took great pride in caring for her farm animals. She treasured her daily walks on the farm and along the river, where she found peace and connection with the world around her.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Linda is survived by her son: James "Marty" Duncan and wife Jessica; grandson: James "Matt" Duncan and wife Sadie Dawson; great-grandson: Jameson Duncan; brother: Donald Ard as well as many friends.
Linda's strong spirit, kind heart, and unwavering love for her family will be remembered always. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A private burial was held at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 26, 2026, at Miller Creek Cemetery, Williamsville, MO. Marty Duncan, Matt Duncan, Donnie Boyer, Dennis Marler, Jeff Myatt, and James Ruegg served as pallbearers. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuenralhomes.com
