Obituary

Mary Becklin, 91, of Belle, MO, passed away Friday, May 29, 2020, at her residence. She was born February 28, 1929, in Poplar Bluff, MO, to parents Willie and Dora Emma (Kirkman) Trostel. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She married Gilbert P. Becklin on December 21, 2002. Gilbert was from Cambridge, MN, and employed at N.A.S.A and they made their home in Belle, MO. She enjoyed helping people and worked as a waitress. Mary was of Baptist faith and loved her family very much. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers: Howard, Eugene, Wayne, Larry; sisters: Aldena, Flora, Joyce, Glenda, Hazel; stepdaughter: Karla Garrison. Mary is survived by her husband of seventeen years; brother: Dewy Trostel and wife Janet of Ephrata, WA; step-children: Randal Bilbrey and wife Marie of NE, Curtis Bilbrey and wife Laura of De Soto, Vinice Larking and husband Bennie of Talbott, TN, Anita Tyndal and husband Ronnie of Delaware; step-grandchildren: Jamie Garrison of Jefferson City, MO, Chip Bilbrey of Texas, Cliff Bilbrey of TX, Carli Bilbrey of NE, C J Bilbrey of Maplewood, Sarah Bilbrey of De Soto, Morgan Bilbrey of De Soto, Solitta Jones of Maryland, Nicholas Brown and wife Shae of TX, Jerimy Tyndal and wife Angela of TX; seven step-great-grandchildren, five are: Hunter Brown of TX, Hayla Brown of TX, Elijah Jones of Maryland, Jerimy Tyndal Jr. of TX, Jolene Grace Tyndall of TX; nephew Dick Gregory and wife Terri of St. Louis. Mary will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Visitation was held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville Chapel. Funeral service was at 2:00 pm also in the Williamsville Chapel. Pastor Richard Sanders ministered to the family. Burial followed in Duncan Cemetery, Williamsville.
