Rita B White

Rita Belinda White, 61, passed away at Riverways Manor in Van Buren, MO. Rita was born on October 20, 1958, in White, MO to parents Otis Eugene and Pansy Ann (Parker) Poynor. In Rita’s lifetime, she had many jobs.  She loved spending time with family and friends, going to church, spending time in the sun, and enjoying life! Rita was also involved in the RU program at Westwood Baptist Church. She had a wonderful soul that gave life to everyone she met. She brought joy to everyone she was around. Rita is survived by her mother: Pansy Atkinson; her children: Alicia Allen and husband Mike of Piedmont, MO, Josh White of Greenville, MO, Jeffrey White and wife Tricia of Patterson, MO; her grandchildren: Caitlin Koenig and husband Joel, Drew Allen, Michael Allen and wife Ravin, Maraisha White, Dayton White, and Jeffrey White, her great-grandchildren: Easton Koenig, Carson Allen, Brantley Allen; her brothers:  Tim Poynor and wife Ramona, Eddie Poynor and wife Kathy, Tony Poynor and wife Terry; and several nieces and nephews. Rita is preceded in death by her father: Otis Poynor and granddaughter: Vannisha White. Visitation was held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Funeral Service followed at 7:00 pm.
