Sally “Big Sally” A. Clyburn, 72, of Piedmont, MO, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021, at Riverways Manor, Van Buren, MO. She was born in St. Louis, MO, December 30, 1948, to parents Richard C. and Tempie A. (Fox) Johnston.

Sally was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a seamstress for many years as well as a beautician. Sally was very crafty and enjoyed sewing, quilting, and painting. She liked to go fishing in her younger years. Sally had an awesome voice and loved to sing.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Sally is survived by her four children: Richard “Brice” Johnston of Van Buren, Thomas Johnston and wife Stephanie of Piedmont, Andrea Johnston of Des Arc, Adrianne Allen and husband Rob of Van Buren; grandchildren: Brandon Eads, Alexis Eads, Thomas Johnston, Tyler Allen and wife Chloe`, Hayle Duncan; great-grandchildren: Bryce, Josey, Jackson, Lonna, Clayson, Nadia; sister: Melba Inman of California. Sally will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
