Tamra Lynn Casey

Tamra Lynn Casey, 63, of Piedmont, MO, passed away, Sunday, April 30, 2023, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. She was born in St. Louis, MO, July 16, 1959, to parents Gene and Virginia (Parrott) Reeves. 

Tamra was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Tamra was Christian and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed ten plus years living in St. Augustine, FL. Tamra was an avid musician. She played guitar and sang in many different clubs and venues. She sang and covered for Melissa Ethridge. Tamra’s greatest legacy was her family, especially her grandbabies.  

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother: Jerry Casey.  

Tamra is survived by her children: Kenny Harting and wife Ashley of Washington, Barry Harting and wife Rebecca of Fredericktown, Elizabeth Shy and companion Mike Narx of Piedmont, Melissa Ferguson and husband Chris of Piedmont; grandchildren: Kenny Harting Jr., Rylan Harting, Bailey Harting, Braelyn Harting, Jacob Burlbaugh, Jaxen Burlbaugh, Michael Narx, Abigail Hampton, Madison Mueller, Colten Ferguson; brothers: Vince Casey and wife Terri of Piedmont, Jimmy Casey and wife Karen of East Carondelet, IL, Johnny Reeves and wife Diane of St. Louis; sisters: Vanessa Casey of Dupo, IL, Theresa Reeves and husband Jimmy of East Carondelet, IL, Sheila Davis and husband Tommy of Dupo, IL; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Tamra will be greatly missed. 

Visitation was held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Memorial service followed at 3:00 pm, also in the Piedmont Chapel. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
