Theresa Ann Fuytinck

Theresa Ann Fuytinck, 87, of Coldwater, MO, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at her residence. She was born in St. Louis, MO, December 28, 1933, to parents Aloysious and Anna (Haywood) Fuytinck.

Theresa worked in a banking business for thirty-six years until retiring in 1996. She began bowling when she was eighteen years old and retired from the sport in 2010, she was the director and treasurer of St. Louis Women’s Bowling Association for sixteen years. Theresa was indicated into the Hall of Fame and traveled to the Women’s National Bowling Tournaments for forty-four years. Theresa left St. Louis and moved to Piedmont in 2000. She retired from Outreach in December of 2008.

Theresa was told by many of the people she had the pleasure of meeting in her time in Piedmont that they enjoyed her smiles and hugs. That gave her great pleasure and she always thanked our dear Lord for granting her this ability and she thanked her parents as well.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister: Marie Fleschute; brother in laws: Joe Fleschute and Vic Stephens.

Theresa is survived by her sister: Jeanette Stephens of Coldwater, MO; nephews: Thomas Reich of Piedmont, MO and Robert Reich of Rockaway Beach, MO; niece: Lorraine Jones. Theresa will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at 9:00 am, Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Funeral mass will follow at 10:00 am, at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church, Piedmont.
