Trina Darlene (Carter) Morris

Trina Darlene Morris, 49, of Poplar Bluff, MO, passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, MO. She was born in Lakeview Michigan, November 19, 1973, to parents Donell and Lorraine (Sanders) Carter.

She was united in marriage to Calvin Morris and to this union two children were born.

Trina was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved the outdoors, you could find her hunting, fishing, and walking the woods. She was a fan of Lifetime movies and crime shows. Trina enjoyed being with her family, friends, grandkids and her dog popcorn. She was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers: Leon Carter and Donnie Carter.

Trina is survived by her children; Jared Morris and his significant other Brittany of Poplar Bluff, MO, Amber Carter-Morris and her significant other Travis of Poplar Bluff, MO; brother: Billy Carter of Georgia; grandchildren: Adalyn, Emma, and Emmett; nieces: Samantha Carter of Wappapello, Tasha Carter and Savannah Carter, both of Piedmont; nephews: Derek Carter, Devin Carter, Stephen Carter, BJ Carter, all of PIedmont, MO, Adam Carter of Georgia; and many great nieces and nephews. Trina will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation was held at 12:00 pm, Friday, December 16, 2022, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Piedmont Chapel. Funeral service followed at 2:00 pm, also in the Piedmont Chapel. Burial was in Forest Chapel Cemetery, Piedmont, MO. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com
