Willa Mae (White) Bilbrey

Willa M. Bilbrey, 94, of Williamsville, MO, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Clarks Mountain Nursing Center in Piedmont, MO.  She was born in Williamsville, MO, on April 6, 1928, to parents Marion and Lottie (Wood) White.

Willa loved to play guitar and enjoyed singing, she played with Buzzard Run, she played her guitar till late 1990’s. She traveled to many nursing homes and different churches. Willa loved people and her family and people loved her. She was a lifelong resident of Williamsville. She loved flowers and working with them.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husbands; Winford Wells, John Andreatta, Paul Bilbrey; daughter: Marilyn Looney; brothers: Floyd White, Donald White, Jack White; sisters: Wanda Bratton, Sue Bratton, Dorothy Lister.

Willa is survived by son: Winford Wells Jr. and wife Janice of Highridge; daughter: Linda Smith and husband Charles of Williamsville; brother: Ray White of Williamsville; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation was held at 10:00 am, Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Williamsville Chapel. Funeral service followed at 12:00 noon, also in the Williamsville Chapel. Bro. Stan Graves ministered to the family. Martin Luke, Chris Agee, Stanley Griggs, Rodney White, Frank Luke served as pallbearers. Burial was in Holiday Cemetery, Williamsville.
