William H DeHatre

William “Wild Bill” DeHatre, 63 of Piedmont, MO, passed away September 15, 2024, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO, with his friend, Melisa Provance by his side. He was born in St. Charles, MO, October 7, 1960, to parents Joseph and Betty (Daniels) DeHatre.

Wild Bill was a loving brother and friend. He was a machinist for a Medical Equipment Manufacturer. Wild Bill loved to have fun, spend time with his friends, and had a mind of his own. He had a really big heart and would help anyone in need. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors when he was younger. Wild Bill liked to do construction work and built two houses by himself.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother: Joey DeHatre; sisters: Kathy and Maria DeHatre.

Wild Bill is survived by his Provance family and a host of friends and will be greatly missed.
